At The Neon Daisy LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
